By downloading or using Sealed ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Use of the App
Sealed is a personal productivity tool for creating and exporting resumes. You may use it for personal and professional purposes. You may not:
- Use the app to create content that is fraudulent, misleading, or illegal.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its source code.
- Use automated tools to abuse the AI features or circumvent usage limits.
Pro Subscription
Sealed offers a Pro subscription that unlocks additional features including premium templates and increased AI credit limits.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed via the App Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
AI Features
AI-powered features (bullet point improvement, cover letter generation, professional summary generation) are provided as a convenience. They require your explicit consent and are subject to fair-use limits based on your plan.
AI-generated content is a suggestion only. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI output before using it in your resume.
AI Credits
Free users receive a limited lifetime allocation of AI credits. Pro subscribers receive a daily credit allowance that resets at midnight. Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value.
Intellectual Property
Resume content you create belongs to you. The app, its design, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on AI-generated content.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
